Please submit the following information so that we may refund your purchase or replace any defective items:

  2. Photographs of everything you received, including the labels on the outside package (making a video when unpacking your parcel for the first time is ideal).
  3. Please provide us a scanned copy or photo of the official notification or confiscation letter you got if any of the contents of your box were missing due to being confiscated at import customs control.
